Cream Cheese and Chive Stuffed Red Potatoes

Welcome again to “Yummy Mommies” the home of meal receipts & list of dishes, Today i will guide you how to make “Cream Cheese and Chive Stuffed Red Potatoes”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Before post it here i send via Our Pinterest Account the full recipe to some of our great followers to try it and this was their opinions :

  • "laura" : These potatoes are a little tricky to make, but so worth it. They are so yummy and look great when serving tapas!
  • "vanessa" : I made this recipe with onion and chive cream cheese and blended in a couple of extra new potatoes. There was extra filling and I pipped it on the bottom of my baking dish and laid my sliced ham and turkey on it to warm and covered it with foil when I popped my potatoes in the oven- it was scrumptious.
  • "andrea" : I Love Love Love these potatoes, I first made them for a family dinner and everyone loved them, now we have them for holidays, we will deff. be having them on Christmas with a pot roast, veggies, rolls, and dutch apple pie!!! Can't wait!!!
  • "rina" : I found whipping cream was not needed at all, and still DI-vine! So thick and creamy after using a masher. This one is a keeper!
  • "jasmine" : These were awesome. My reds were a little big so I cooked them longer than the 12 minutes. I made the filling with 1/2 whipping cream 1/2 sour, so it was a bit thicker coming out of the bag, but overall a tasty decision - yes, I used a baggie instead as well...way easier cleanup. Garnished with fresh rosemary and crispy prosciutto bits (sliced prosciutto crisped in the oven at 450 for 6-7 minutes and allowed to cool, then broken like bacon). Simply. Incredible.
  • "naela" : I thought this was a nice change from the same ole, same ole potatoes. I didn't measure anything; I used less of the cheese because it was a little too garlicy for my taste and a splash of the cream. I thought they turned out great; they were fun to make, and cute. Thx
