Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!
Ingredients :
- 1 lb scallops, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 lb shrimp (deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions :
Rinse scallops/shrimp and thaw if frozen.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add in the garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute.
Add in the scallop/shrimps to the skillet and cook about 3-4 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve!
